Juxtaposition between Life and Death

Examples:
Direct: Swam-Dead, Tidal wave-Dead, Unflawed-Dead

Indirect: Man of War-Vegatables

The writer uses direct words to do the the juxtaposition, this makes you feel sorry for the fish because  the writer talks about its life like it was exciting but then just ends it quickly and suddenly and makes you think that his life was cut short and killed.
